    EASY & SIMPLE BANANA MUFFIN

    Ingredient:

    1 1/2 cups (190 gram) all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup (150 gram) white sugar
    1 egg
    1/3 cup (75 gram) melted butter
    3 large banana, mashed

    Direction :
    1. Preheat oven to 175 degree Celsius. Put paper liner on muffin pans.
    2. Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt & sugar.
    3. Mashed banana combine with egg and melted butter in a large bowl, scoop into muffin pan, don’t too full.
    4. Bake in preheat oven. For large muffin 25-30 minute, mini muffin for 10-15 minute.

    Been a years I don’t really like cakes from banana, after I tried this recipe it taste sooo goood. This recipe is really easy and simple, you don’t need mixer just shift, smash, pour, mix together and bake. That’s it!

    Afternoon tea with banana muffin.. Perfect!
